in this video i show the different between a bunch of different types of levis jeans. the 501, 505, 510, 511, 514, 515, 539, 550, and the 569 all the way fro Levi's 505 Regular Jeans. Compared to the 501s, I actually slightly prefer the 505s as they feel just a tab bit more tapered through the leg, despite Levi's description of 505s being roomier than 501s. My Recommendations. My favorite Levi's fits were the 511 Slim and 512 Slim Taper. For the 511s, I'd wear them with a slight break or cuffed. The Levi's 501 is the original jean from Levi Strauss that became one of the most popular styles in 80s and 90s. Now 501 is considered as a classic style type of jeans . The Levi's 505 is a more modern look version of the original, and the Levi's 550 is skinny-fit jeans. Within lies the sole issue we currently have with Levi's. While these myriad styles are each a success in their own right, they all bear a number in the 500s in place of a name — 513, 559, 505 and so forth. The list goes on, which can make it tricky to decipher which Levi's jeans number is right for you. YZsv8.
